📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are adequate.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and services.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Participate in store events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or automotive service environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of automotive services and parts is a plus.
