📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali's construction sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform business strategies.
• Develop and present proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our services.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of construction projects.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services and build brand awareness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the construction sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on customer development or business development.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry in Bali, including local regulations and market trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong project management skills, with experience using project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali and to other locations as needed.
