📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.,Reviewing financial statements, records, and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.,Preparing audit reports and recommendations for management to address identified issues.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and conduct audits.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control procedures.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
