Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures,Provide room service and concierge services to guests,Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and public areas,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly,Assist with event planning and execution,Maintain inventory of linens, towels, and other amenities,Assist with housekeeping tasks as needed,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma,Age 18-25 years,Friendly and customer service-oriented,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations,Basic knowledge of English is a plus,Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods
