Den Royal Sejahtera is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance.

As a Junior Learning Development Specialist, you will work closely with the Learning and Development Manager to design and deliver training programs, assess learning needs, and provide ongoing support to employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Assess learning needs and design training materials.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees.
  • Conduct training evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager to improve learning and development initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Maintain accurate records of training programs and participant feedback.
  • Assist in the planning and organization of learning and development events.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
