📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer orders.
- Assist the head chef in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment.
- Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining presentation of dishes.
- Participate in team meetings and kitchen operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in culinary arts or kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Valid food handling certificate (Sertifikasi Pengolahan Makanan).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
