Asia Furniture is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead HR Staff to join our team in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources department and ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations. You will play a key role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.,Lead the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
