📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by managing customer inquiries and follow-ups,Provide product information and answer customer questions accurately and professionally,Maintain and update customer records and sales data,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets,Provide excellent customer service and support,Assist in the organization and execution of sales events and promotions,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Proactive and customer-focused attitude
