📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with parents to understand their educational needs and goals.
• Provide personalized recommendations for educational programs and resources, including Sparks Math.
• Assist parents in navigating the enrollment process for various educational institutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the education industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your sales and consulting skills.
• Provide regular reports on client interactions and sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in education consulting or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of educational programs and resources, with a focus on Sparks Math.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Certification in educational sales or customer service is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
