📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of premium cocktails, craft beer, and wines to guests.
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Interact with guests, taking drink orders and providing excellent customer service.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in mixology and continuously improve your skills.
• Assist in event setup and breakdown, including stocking the bar for special events.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of alcohol.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the lounge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests.
• Familiarity with POS systems and bar management software.
