CV Akasia Jaya is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a deep understanding of the Indonesian labor market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring we find the best talent for our company.,Manage employee relations, addressing any issues that may arise and ensuring a positive work environment.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Lead and mentor HR staff, ensuring they are equipped to handle their responsibilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
