📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promoting our products and services.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and recognition for their hard work.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the branch's performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other branches and the corporate office to share best practices and support the overall growth of the company.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the automotive industry, preferably in a service or sales capacity.,Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, including the latest trends, technologies, and products.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
