📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Manage and mentor a team of employees,Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as needed,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees,Assist in training new employees and maintaining a positive work environment,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Familiarity with inventory management and sales operations,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
