PT Optima Ekspresi is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead IT Support to join our team in Kuta. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner.,Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.,Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and technical skills.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems meet their needs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance standards.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
