📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the restaurant's performance and profitability.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships to ensure efficient stock control.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.,Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant premises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
