📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.

Lead a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and mentoring.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.

Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's overall success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.

Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.

Leadership and team management skills.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
