Life Link Jaya is seeking a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and provide solutions.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Support the implementation of learning management systems.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related role.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone) is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for continuous learning.
