📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication,Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards,Manage and optimize the use of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials,Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Develop and maintain operational budgets and forecasts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong understanding of operational management principles and best practices,Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
