Overseeing production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitoring production schedules and ensuring they are met.,Conducting quality checks and ensuring all products meet standards.,Maintaining a safe and clean workplace for employees.,Training and mentoring junior staff members.,Managing inventory and ensuring all materials are available when needed.,Resolving production issues and implementing corrective actions.,Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a production supervision role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.,Experience in managing a team and ensuring productivity.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.,Experience in a food production environment is a plus.,Ability to use basic computer software for inventory and scheduling.
