📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the needs of the position.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to ensure they meet the requirements of the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for suitable candidates.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide feedback to candidates and communicate the hiring decision in a timely and professional manner.,Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
