📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the production process to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with the production team, quality control, and other departments to address any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols and quality standards are followed.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Maintain open communication with the production team to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that production meets customer requirements and expectations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervision role.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with production management software and tools.
  • Ability to travel to the production site as needed.
  • Must be available for remote work.
