As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing market share for our travel agency and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and customer relationship management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.,Organize and coordinate MICE events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and event execution.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the travel and MICE sectors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel or MICE industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of Bali's tourism and cultural attractions is a plus.,Familiarity with CRM software and event management tools is a plus.
