📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage research projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct market research and analysis to provide strategic insights that support business decisions.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments and external partners.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the Research & Insights team.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of research initiatives.,Monitor industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities and potential risks.,Prepare and present research findings to senior management and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in research, market analysis, or a related field.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SPSS, or R.,Knowledge of financial markets and industry trends is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
