As a Senior Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.,Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.,Manage the front desk operations, including reservations, room assignments, and billing.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and transactions.,Assist in training and supervising junior front desk staff.,Promote the hotel's amenities, services, and special offers to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language.,Good knowledge of computer systems and office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and guest relationship management (GRM) software.,Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or upscale hotel is a plus.,Ability to travel and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
