📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure that the store meets all sales and service targets, and work closely with the sales team to achieve these goals.,Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service and cleanliness.,Monitor store performance and make data-driven decisions to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.,Provide exceptional customer service to both in-store and online customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a store management role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Experience in managing budgets and forecasting sales.,Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
