📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and requirements to ensure we attract the right candidates.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to organize and track candidate information.,Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and metrics to the hiring team and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international candidates and team members.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools, such as ATS and social media recruitment platforms.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
