As an Accountant and Tax at Bali Bliss Properties, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly and annual financial statements, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and prepare tax returns.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate employee compensation.
• Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide support to the finance team in ad-hoc projects and special assignments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in a real estate or related industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Professional and effective communication skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
