Marketing Executive - Customer Development & Sales Growth

My Home Hotel Sintang is a leading hospitality player in Sintang, Kalimantan Barat, and we're looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our customer development and sales growth strategies, leveraging your creativity and communication skills to drive brand awareness and revenue.

As a Marketing Executive at My Home Hotel Sintang, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that attract new customers and retain existing ones. You'll work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to capture them. Your daily tasks will include market research, campaign planning, and performance analysis, all while using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for capturing opportunities.
• Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and our website.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve future strategies.
• Manage our online presence and ensure it aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
• Attend and participate in industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
