📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
• Optimize production schedules using tools like Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Manage and mentor a team of 15-20 employees, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and ingredients.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management, preferably in the bakery or food manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of operational tools and software, including Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and quality control software.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
