📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Serve food and beverages to guests with a smile and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns or requests promptly and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and reporting any shortages to the manager.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Assist with event setup and cleanup, including setting up tables, chairs, and decor.
• Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, including food and equipment.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
