📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and document current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather and validate business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and documentation to support business decisions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure clarity.
• Work with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, process optimization, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in process modeling tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
