📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with Universal Eco Pasific's business objectives.
• Leverage data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI to track and analyze marketing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts with engineering and product development initiatives.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email marketing.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and technology.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team to inform decision-making.
• Optimize marketing campaigns based on data insights and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in Sulawesi Tengah.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on data-driven strategies.
• Proficient in using marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Marketo.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
