📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision.
- Certification in preventive maintenance or a related field.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM or similar.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ISO 45001 and other relevant safety standards.
