📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and maintain master data management processes using SAP MDM and other data governance tools.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of master data across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Develop and maintain data quality rules and standards in alignment with Roche's data governance policies.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on data management best practices.
• Monitor and report on data quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Roche's data governance policies.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in data management and governance.
• Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and Thai (both written and spoken).
• Experience with SAP MDM or other data governance solutions.
• Knowledge of data quality rules and standards.
