📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the implementation of EMF standards and industry network compliance measures across CelcomDigi's operations in Bali.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement compliance plans and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance measures, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Provide training and guidance to engineering and operations teams to ensure continuous compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and regulations, and provide guidance on emerging trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies and industry associations to ensure CelcomDigi's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance-related role, with a strong focus on EMF standards and industry network compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of EMF standards, industry regulations, and compliance best practices.
• Proven experience in conducting compliance audits and assessments, and in developing and implementing compliance plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools and technologies, such as compliance management systems and network analysis tools.
